StudioWeb collects and processes only the information necessary to provide its educational services, manage user access, support classroom functionality, track student progress, and maintain platform security.

Student and institutional data is used only to provide and support StudioWeb’s educational services. StudioWeb does not sell student data and does not use student data for targeted advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.
StudioWeb follows data-minimization principles. We aim to collect only the data required to deliver the service, support users, maintain security, and meet applicable legal or contractual obligations.
Access to personal and institutional data is limited to authorized personnel and only for legitimate operational purposes, such as support, maintenance, security, and service delivery.
StudioWeb uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to help protect personal and institutional data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. These safeguards may include secure hosting, encrypted connections, access controls, and operational monitoring.
StudioWeb uses a limited number of third-party service providers to support platform operations, such as hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, and analytics. These providers are selected based on their reliability, security practices, and ability to support appropriate data protection standards.
StudioWeb may use basic analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand general platform usage and improve the service. Analytics data is used for operational insight and service improvement, not for selling student data or targeted advertising.
StudioWeb retains data only as long as necessary to provide services, support institutional needs, meet legal or contractual obligations, and maintain appropriate records. Data may be deleted or updated upon valid request, subject to applicable obligations.
Users and institutions may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data where applicable. StudioWeb works with institutions to support appropriate privacy and data management requests.
In the event of a confirmed data incident, StudioWeb will take appropriate steps to investigate, contain, and address the issue. Affected institutions will be notified without undue delay and in accordance with applicable legal and contractual requirements.
Where StudioWeb is used by educational institutions, student data is handled for educational purposes and in alignment with applicable student privacy expectations, including FERPA where applicable.
